Program Overview

Compass-Behavioral or Compass-B is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) based coaching program designed to promote self-determination and wellbeing. In the program, a teenager or adult works directly with a licensed/certified behavioral health expert to focus on areas important to the client, such as executive functioning, social relationships or emotional regulation.

During the course, you will hear from the creators and experienced clinicians of Compass-B while learning how to implement the program in your practice.

The purpose of this program is to provide clinicians with a strong foundation to start their clinical practice of Compass-B and prepare you to implement the coaching program with autistic teen and adult clients.
